The Business Impact of these Strategic Changes:
    • Primary operating divisions (Business and Residential) achieve or exceed all product
    related revenue objectives during the last 3 quarters of operation.  A revenue increase
    of nearly 10% despite aggressive competitive incursion.

    New products/programs can exceed $100M in less than 24 months depending on the
    size of the Customer base

    •Over 50% growth in customizable bundled products and services increased Customer
    equity between 12% and 25%

    •Customer satisfaction increases by over 18% annually, gaining an additional $9M.  


Her ability to mentor and guide a team is partly attributed to over 18 months of Hayes Executive
Leadership training under the guidance of RM 3 Enterprises, Certification by the Radio
Advertising Bureau and her education at the University of Iowa, majoring in Business and
