Christine has led and contributed at the executive management level for the past 10 years;  
Most recently
, at the enterprise level, serving as Corporate Officer and Vice President and of
Marketing for CTE, Inc., an integrated
communication company. She was challenged to
increase both the strategic value and the financial impact of the marketing department which
required an extensive operational restructuring including:

    •The establishment of product/campaign performance impact tools to pro-actively
    manage results and add precision to sales forecasts

    •A new product development and financial assessment process to more accurately
    reflect adoption rates and pricing trends

    •An expanded product and pricing menu that supported customizable bundled solutions
    for both business and residential Customers
    o An advanced, segmented Customer Contact  strategy  targeting the Customer
    “Buy Cycle”

    •Budget planning and management tools which reconcile the impact of all marketing
    initiatives to the original objectives

The Business Impact of these Strategic Changes:
    • Primary operating divisions (Business and Residential) achieved or exceeded all
    product related revenue objectives during the last 3 quarters of operation.  A revenue
    increase of nearly 10% despite aggressive competitive incursion.

    •15 new products/programs contributed nearly $100M in 18 months.

    •Over 50% growth in customizable bundled products and services increased Customer
    equity between 12% and 25%

    •Customer satisfaction increased by over 18% annually, gaining an additional $9M.  

Christine has also been an experienced and trusted National Strategic Consultant representing
companies/clients such as: GTE/Verizon; Discover® Card Financial Services; Motorola, Inc. –
Cellular Promotions and Retail Division; DDB Worldwide; Frankel Advertising; and Berry Brown
Advertising

Her ability to mentor and guide a team is partly attributed to over 18 months of Hayes Executive
Leadership training under the guidance of RM 3 Enterprises, Certification by the Radio
Advertising Bureau and her education at the University of Iowa, majoring in Communications,
with an emphasis in Business Marketing.
