It depends on a few variables to determine whether a company is “lead gen” ready. This is where the audit plays a critical role considering your current operations, sales team’s bandwidth, available content, budget, etc. With organizations that have no infrastructure a full launch is usually delayed by 90-120 days; measurable marketing pipeline growth can begin within 30 days, and scheduled appointments within 60 days from launch. Are you able to develop a budget?
Yes, for most of our clients we either modify the current budget or build a budget from the ground up. This is another significant AMP difference - We use a proprietary model to determine the spend recommendations based on revenue growth objectives, the size of your sales team, and the size of your current lead database. There are other variables that go into the final recommendation, but we work closely with key stakeholders to ensure we’re aligned to both growth and spend expectations. Bottom line – the model provides transparency around what an organization should expect in total lead and sales accepted opportunities and directly ties this to revenue.
